[ADMIN][REVAMP] Re-doing Admin page as TUI #67

Hosting Admin page a web page do not really make much sense as I will be only one using it, if later required i will distribute TUI as binary

TUI will use existing API and will not be directly connecting to AWS

Closing this ticket with TUI skeleton and just get all feedback , will add more functionality with different tickets
