Merge ELSD changes into main

Merge ELSD detection branch in main; conflicts resolved: -From ELSD branch: identify "Plate" info by searching for specific line in file -From main branch: Auto-detect plate dimensions from rpt file. User editable parameter now allows for custom re-configuring of plate in the output.
