Metal requires a thread count for compute, this has been added to ComputePipelineCreateInfo
Shader is now only used by GraphicsPipelineCreateInfo, compute pipelines are created by adding code directly to ComputePipelineCreateInfo
SPIRV-Cross interop has been simplified, D3D11 backend now accepts HLSL directly
