Username inconsistency #4

After creating an event and specifying a username, when you join the event it asks you for it again.

It should just assume the same username you specified when you initially create the event.

Removed the username from the creation page. The username isn't needed for the creation of the event, in fact the code wasn't even doing anything with that data.
