offering multiple install options causes confusion #9

unclear if the right approach is to better test nix approach across platforms, or retain the manual approach.

Latest Nix now has Flutter 3.24.1 which is probably the best solution for https://github.com/thatdogmachine/public_breakthrough_flutter/issues/5#issue-2497433680
