[Translation] RU #144

Hello, I made Russian translation of your module, please add it in next update, and also please remove restriction in manifest.json for DnD5e version - new 3.3.1 has no errors and everything works as expected. ru.json

I will do shortly, it's just that I was away for some time and hadn't tested properly :)

I have a beta release out for 3.3.1 for the time being https://github.com/thatlonelybugbear/automated-conditions-5e/releases/download/v11.315331/module.json.

Also, if you feel like creating a Pull Request for the Russian translation, I would happily merge than in too in the next release. Or I can do that myself, no worries :)
