• [ ] Dwarven Resilience and in general grant different modes of dis/advantage based on features,
• [ ] Spell Sniper feat, doubles spell range if rsak
• [ ] Assassinate, adv on attack rolls against creatures not having taken a turn during the first round of combat, and critical if the target is surprised.
• [ ] Silver Tongue, min10 on Charisma (Persuarion) or Charisma (Deception) checks.
• [ ] Heavy. Creatures that are Small or Tiny have disadvantage on attack rolls with heavy weapons (key off Actor size)
• [ ] Sure-footed advantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws made against effects that would knock it prone (...)

Expanded conditions

• [ ] Sunlight sensitivity
• [ ] Underwater combat

Decide whether it makes sense to include or not, automation along these lines:

• [ ] Sharpshooter etc, so that an AE on the Actor, triggers it the -5 attack / +10 damage when conditions are met.
