iPhone 5 10.3.4 Crash #23

Hi, I have an iPhone 5 that is running 10.3.4 jailbroken with socket. I tried installing this app, and it closes immediately when I try to open it. Any ideas on how to fix? It was a fresh install before jailbreak.
