Unable to install hyperglass. pycairo fails on build-ui #222

So, I have been trying to install hyperglass via the official documentation to start a looking glass service for our users.

However during the install I have so far encountered at least 3-4 python dependencies that failed to install(uvloop being among them). I have had to go back to Ubuntu 20.04 to fix two of those dependencies.

I am following the official getting started guide and I am stuck on the 'hyperglass build-ui' step because pycairo fails to build: Seek advice at the users list see https://pairlist2.pair.net/mailman/listinfo/reportlab-users ❌ Error building UI: cannot import desired renderPM backend rlPyCairo Seek advice at the users list see https://pairlist2.pair.net/mailman/listinfo/reportlab-users

My next attempt will be to reinstall with Ubuntu 18.04.

I knwo you devs can't help yourself, you may not be fully paid if at all for this but... I can't help myself either much. I am not a programmer myself, all I can do is report issues and that is all that I have this account for.

Update: Installing on Ubuntu 18.04 seems to have worked so far.
