Setup build-server for IntelliE #22

Currently my mod is build on my local machine, this can be tedious to build

Server is setup but it does not build the mod and upload it. Not sure if I want to upload it to curseforge since it is kinda a release then. Builds on Build-Server are more like dev versions I guess? but pull requests should be handled easier if merged or even on submit if it is mergeable

Some problem with ForgeGradlle since resetting back to old commit the build is still failing at accessing forge gradle?

Seems the problem with FG is resolved? For some reason the build is passing again
