Can't fly in creative mode #8

With this mod installed, I cannot fly in creative mode. When I double-tap the space bar, nothing happens. I've also tried the extra utilities wings, and they don't work either. This is using the following version: "IntelligentEnergistics-1.7.10-2.1.4.517" and with Forge 10.13.0.1208. Running a custom modpack with many mods, and when I added this mod in, flight does not work. I've checked the keybinds and all, and nothing seems out of place. I hope you can come out with another build that fixes this issue, thanks.

Yea I noticed it myself, I am looking for a fix
