Appveyor is shit 👎

Currently all the time their ngnix proxy returns 500 by downloading sublime text. This sucks!

removing the appveyor matrix fixed that but this can not be the solution or is it.

appveyor is currently better since Rainmeter can be actually installed on it and run the tests on it too
