No alarm or reminder #15

Add a null alarm and reminder option.  Just populate the calendar without
an alarm or reminder being set.

If you don't want any alarm you can use the standard Birthdays calendar build 
into iCal. You will get all events 
without any notification but you have to live without the reminders. 
If you need the reminders you can use the alarm option "message" instead of 
"message with sound" in 
iCalBirthdays.
