What steps will reproduce the problem?
None

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Only works on local address account.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v2.01, SL v10.6.4

Is it possible to make this work with CardDAV address books

Apples own routine does not work with CardDAV as well, therefore a 3rdParty 
solution would be highly appreciated.

CardDAV Adresses are either submitted from SL 10.6.5 server or Kerio Connect 
7.x to 10.6.5 clients.
