Contacts hold on Exchange server - No entry created #42

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I ran the process successfully.
2. All my address book is located in the Exchange Group (not on "On My Mac")

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected calendar gets created but there is no entry.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.1

Please provide any additional information below.
I suppose the problem is coming from the fact that all my contacts are located 
on the Exchange Group.
