Adding deployment of parca-agent using https://github.com/parca-dev/parca-agent/blob/main/deploy/lib/parca-agent/parca-agent.libsonnet

With patches described in:

Deployment only for amd64 arch until https://github.com/parca-dev/parca-agent/issues/54 is solved
