Person: Add Location #9

We should add a "Location" datum for each person giving city, state/province, country.

Sounds good. let me know your ideas on what this should look like on the website.

For now, I think simply displaying it is fine: Perhaps under their name in Country, State, City Format. Maybe down the road we'll display something graphical.
