Doc: Add installation instructions #61

There's no clear mention of the gem name in the Readme. In many places it's referred to as kiba, in other places as kiba-etl. This clears the ambiguity.

I also changed the link to Kiba Pro, with the more in-detail place for easier finding of all the relevant information.
