There is bulk image download tool gallery-dl (https://github.com/mikf/gallery-dl) that is gaining popularity and being packaged to major linux distributions

It would be nice if pixiv-novel-saver had same download directory structure as gallery--dl, or at least be configurable to do so.

I plan to refactor this project in Python, and custom directory structures will be supported in future generation of the project which written in Python.
