[BUG] Popup Bug #167

The pop up appears not according to what we clicked

Could you please give me more information regarding this bug? Is the link popup appearing if you click on other icons?

Let's say if I have a widget on the left side and I use QuilHTML on the right side then when we click the button icon that issues a pop up for example like the button link icon, when we click the icon then the pop up position does not match the button link icon
