fix and re-enable tests #271

Based on the recent refactorings we broke all tests and disabled them to move forward. Over time each single package's tests must be fixed to enable automated unit tests for the CI integration again.

We have heavily separate the codebase into sub repositories. Tests are added there where appropriate. The annad repo is only for providing a command line interface to a collection of packages. Nothing to do here anymore.
