DefaultDynamic "you have not installed default-dynamic.js" warning #32

Despite default-dynamic.js being in the required extensions for the theme (see themes.nix) this warning still appears when using the theme. Need to start by testing the theme with a non-nix installation.

Related to #31 particularly Turntable, which also seems to be not working due to an un-applied extension.
