Improved Data fixtures #162

Hello,

this allow any user to see some badges on the badges part, if badges are not tagged they are not available from an user point of view.

What do you think?

@solivier if you want to check, you only need to execute php bin\console hautelook_alice:doctrine:fixtures:load command on your local dev environment, and you should be able to see what I see

Not mandatory, but at first sight I believed the page didn't work at all as I couldn't see any badges ^^
