FIRST 2020 Suspended Events Data Inconsistencies #63

While this is technically an issue with FIRST, 5511 for the 2020 season has 2 DLF at NCCMP (https://frc-events.firstinspires.org/2020/NCCMP/awards), but their team profile history with FIRST doesn't reflect this (https://frc-events.firstinspires.org/team/5511).

TBA doesn't show the awards either, and this seems to reflect we assume that the state with FIRST data will be correct when provided via API?

Also an issue for PWN Auburn and PNW AMV.
