Tweak objects and positions in Domino Chest level #219

This PR makes some neccessary fixes and tweaks to the Domino Chest level:

Remove tooltip text, as this is not part of the string freeze, and we don't need it anyways
Turn birch bars with a pivot point of (0,0) to rotating bars but leave the other birch bars alone (for now)
(not really necessary) tweak some object positions and sizes to make the level slightly more pleasant to look at

The fixed level has of course been tested.
