New goal type: Collision

I suggest a new goal type: Collision.

It takes two objects as “arguments” and the goal is finished as soon those two objects collided at some point in time.

Use cases:

• “Hit the bowling pin with the bowling ball.”
• “Do not hit the pingu with the soccer ball.”
