Second big level polishing

Follow-up of PR #245.

After the first big chunk of work done to fix level issues and fix them according to the new level QA guidelines, here come the remaining levels.

This is a list of all levels which currently need polishing according to levels/QUALITY-ASSURANCE, along with at least one of the reasons why they aren't considered to be finished yet:

• [x] 001: has a flower without tooltip (violates rule “all objects must have tooltips”)
• [ ] 002: volleyball is PolyObject without tooltip
• [x] 004: pyramid looks ugly and does not have a tooltip
• [x] 007: flower
• [x] 10_kilograms_above_the_ground: flower
• [x] ballons-do-poof: styrofoam wedge is shaking

• [x] brother-plays-soccer: goal, flower
• [x] brother-plays-penguin-goalie: goal
• [ ] butterfly_race: detonator boxes should have fixed phone numbers
• [x] butterfly-on-steroids: flower, needs testing
• [x] cola_reaction: needs visible guard rail for the peg (#202)
• [x] dialbforboom: blue dominoes can still be destroyed by hard bowling ball collision alone.

• [ ] geyser: green fake floor is weird, has shortcut (#205)

• [x] party-at-office: Jumping Jack images are poorly cropped (tiny white chunks visible way becond the actual Jumping Jack)
• [ ] picnic-2: sand uses a really, really ugly hack (uses invisible tennis balls)
• [x] poofpoofpoof: post-it text seems inappropriate/misleading/confusing. Is there a reason for this? otherwise fine
• [x] save-the-butterfly: flower, could use nice grass texture
• [ ] spare-the-balloon: has these shortcuts: 1) place wedge near soccer ball 2) place cola+mint bottle above the ramp with the cap facing to the soccer ball (#304)
• [x] styrofoam: goal
• [ ] zoingandboom: level is not reliable enough for my taste

Level 001.xml now has a tooltip on the flower, I added that with commit ad849d68cfaa2d10157ee6a9afa8233de8539237 when I added support for tooltips in Scenery.

Note: I want to fix the flower and goal levels by adding real flower and goal object types.
