Add peg objects (immovable CircleObjects) #265

This PR adds the peg (an immovable CircleObject) as requested in #123. It comes in two flavors: Metal and wooden. The metal peg has high bounciness, the wooden one has low bounciness. Levels are already updated to use the new pegs.

Please test before merging.
