Introduce different post-it types

This PR introduces 3 different post-it types:

PostItHint: Yellow post-it which gives a hint
PostItTutorial: Green post-it which explains aspects of the game without giving away hints
PostItMisc: White post-it with other stuff; i.e. random ramblings of the Post-it boy (neither hint nor tutorial) ;-)

All post-its in all levels fall now in under one of these categories. The PostIt object is removed.

Some notes in levels have been changed to better reflect the new distinction. No post-it should contain both hints and tutorial texts here. The idea behind this PR is for the player to clearly now when it is “safe” to click on a note without being “spoiled”. Currently, post-its could either contain a hint or not, so it is always ambigious.

There are two levels with 2 post-its: Domino Day and The Butterfly Effect 102. If you are concerned about this, I can try to move around the texts.

I am not so sure about the new post-it images themselves, but see for yourself!

I like the distinction, thanks. I'm probably repeating myself but to my humble opinion the animation is too slow. I would like to have a preference to disable those kinds of animations.
