Remove skipped levels #353

I think the level skip feature is pretty pointless as you can select all levels anyway.

I suggest to remove this feature completely.

I'd recommend against that.

For normal users, skipping a level might be something they would do. Going into the menus to select another level is cumbersome and requires more actions.
