Camp Leader : tooltip text #1020

Case 1 : New Camp Create new camp User can see "Sign" button with tooltip - "This will delegate your support to the camp leader" . Please refer below screenshot : image

But when user click on it pop up is saying "Info! There are not any direct supporter in this camp Camp 2. If you continue, you will be added as direct supporter and assigned as camp leader."

Case 2 : User A - CL of Agreement camp User A created new camp "c1" and sign Now User A is CL of camp "c1" Go to Agreement camp and hover on sign
tooltip - "This will delegate your support to the camp leader" .

This is confusing; should we update the tooltip text?

@wahaj-hafeez also have to update tool-tip text messages showing at front-end level.
