These files should not be in Dado under source control. They should be in their own Git repository which is treated simply as a database. It is not a Acre/Dado project, and is thus not a dependency. This database should really be managed by Dyalog.
Dado will look for a sibling repository named 'DyalogSystem' and try to resolve the Dyalog parameter there.
