README: use relative symlink instead of absolute symlink #137

The file https://github.com/the-cavalry/light-locker/blob/master/README now points to /home/tintou/Projects/light-locker/README.md in @tintou 's project directory, probably that's happened by mistake and it should "relatively" point to ./README.md instead.
