I've installed light-locker and really like how slim it is and that it provides me with uniform interface for login and for screen lock. I'd like to replace slock (https://tools.suckless.org/slock/) with light-locker. However, slock works differently - it creates an overlay window and grabs all user input. It doesn't require switching VT and therefore is really quick. I'm wondering if it's possible to adjust the way light-locker works so that it'll respond swiftly.
