Readme file update should include:

  1. app installation instructions
  2. information about dependency choices and preferences(Tailwind, SweetAlerts2, FirebaseHooks, chosen time conversion package)
  3. Information about our Accessibility efforts and reporting (Chrome DevTools, etc.)
  4. Hyperlinked documentation to tools and packages
