adding delete item functionality

Description

This feature adds the ability to delete an item in a list.

• Updated firebase deleteItem function
• Added delete item functionality to item front end, using useMutation to manage request state
• Added a confirm dialog to confirm destructive action

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] The ListItem component renders a button that allows the user to delete an item from their list when clicked
• [x] Clicking the delete button prompts the user to confirm that they really want to delete the item
• [x] The deleteItem function in api/firebase.js has been filled out, and deletes the item from the Firestore database

Delete button appears next to items.

Confirmation dialog when items is deleted. Item is removed from list once deleted.

Testing Steps / QA Criteria

Confirm deletion workflow:

1. Go to an existing list with items, or add items to a list
2. Click the delete button on an item
3. Confirm deletion in the confirmation dialog.
4. Item should be deleted from list

Cancel deletion workflow:

1. Go to an existing list with items, or add items to a list
2. Click the delete button on an item
3. Click 'cancel' to cancel the deletion.
4. Item should remain in list.
