Improve create list form on home page

Improve create list form on home page to be clearly labeled and more user friendly.

Todo:

• [x] - Decide on redirecting behavior. Right now it redirects to list after 1 second but we can consider other workflows e.g. success message and link that user can click to go to list page.
• [x] - Decision: keep redirecting behavior, maybe update copy to be more clear
• [x] - Add header to form, or some kind of description to make it more clear that this is to create a new list.
• [x] - Update button copy to be more descriptive

We made the form display: flex and flex-direction: column as well as giving it a fixed width. We'll finish styling later but this is what we did for now
