Description

-Add a prompt that orients first-time users to add items on the ManageList view -make the prompt render a different message for users that already have added items, reminding them where to add more on /ManageList view

Testing Steps / QA Criteria

• to test this functionality you must have:
• One List with items already in it.
• One empty list
  1. click on the empty list and navigate to List view
  2. you should see the prompt: To get started, click the"Add Item" button below
  3. you will also see a list item that says "No items found!" along with a button "add item"
  4. click the button to ensure you are navigated to /ManageList view
  5. start from Home, click on your non-empty list and navigate to List view'
  6. Now you should see a different prompt: "Add additional items on the /ManageList page"
  7. the text /ManageList should be clickable, and navigate you to the /ManageList view

@shuveksha-tuladhar @dterceroparker , Stacy and I have both tested it and we seem to be getting the messages we intended. We revised this, so maybe the preview version hadn't updated yet? not sure there, but I will bring your other concerns to Stacy to see what she thinks. Thanks for the feedback!
