does "rest_id not found" mean the account is suspended? #85

i've had the error rest_id not found show up a few times and was hoping you might know what may cause this. so far all the accounts i've checked are suspended but i didn't want to draw an incorrect conclusion in case i've missed something.

I've not had a suspended account yet, so I'm not sure - if that's from the login flow, it's possible that's the cause. rest_id makes me think snowflake, though.
