Mark down Quiz/Course relationship when user is taking a Quiz #179

We need to mark down course_id of where the Quiz comes from when Student takes the Quiz from MediaNode.

So in the future we can have a Course filter on Gradebook.

And when user navigate to Quiz page from Course embed, Gradebook should apply the course_id by default to the Gradebook.
