AND MY SYSTEM IS WINDOWS 10 64-BIT

I DOWNLOADED IT,AND I COULD OPEN IT IN PYTHON,WHAT I MUST DO NEXT,LIKE I WANT THE STEPS AFTER DOWNLOADING AND EXTRACT IT
