Mute Does not Work properly? #29

Now I know this probably isn't a good reason to file an issue lol, but I would LOVE for the !mute command to work properly so It can sell the whole thing a bit more. I am still learning the Basics of python so I can't do this myself otherwise I would've attempted to do so somehow. Easy explanation for what I mean is when I us the a!mute command, It gives them the "bot Muted" role but then the people can still talk, I have tried troubleshooting it within discord via the Roles and Permissions. If no one wants to help it is fine I just figured at the very least someone might know something about how I could get it to work better. -Cheers AuthorCrow
