Build xG (expected goals) model v1.0.0

I'm thinking we might want to build out some more features before going into building the player breakouts model. Potentially an xG model is similar in that it's a binary classifier at the player-season level.

• Model capable of being run manually (for now) to update data in bigquery via dbt
• Each shot has an xG (expected goal ) value with results comparable to Evolving Hockeyand hockey-statistics
• xG value is built into f_plays and summarized into f_player_season, with consideration of adding to f_teams_season
• Closes XG V1.0.0 milestone
