Fixing some bugs that are preventing #79 from running #80

Overview

Fixed a column typo in f_player_season leading to shot_rebound being dup'd
Newly included draft data led to a couple of null IDs in d_draft, fixed that in d_draft and d_draft_prospects
Added Undetermined as an accepted value in the f_linescore.yml

Checks

[x] All models ran successfully
[ ] All tests passed
[ ] Changes to models are reflected in the schema.yml
