Text can be layered behind an image or asset in Figma and will be hidden in the Figma UI. However, if the text or an ancestor is not hidden, that text will be placed above the image in the resulting export code because our rendered HTML does not respect layering and z-indexing
Reproduction
see frame #1280px here with the text nodes "Andaman & Nicobar" and "Lakshadweep" in "Group 1".
Export them and you will see them on that frame despite their laying making them hidden in the UI
