Add a tag 'Test Project' to all test projects #2892

Problem Statement

Users cannot distinguish between a test project and a non-test project while they're tagging or in analysis page.

Acceptance Criteria

Test projects must have tag 'Test Project' in 'Tagging' and 'Analysis Module' page
