Application Detail: Patient Information

As an admin, I would like the ability to view the patient's information for a particular grant application within the Application Detail page.

Please note: This ticket only refers to the Patient Information section of the Application Detail page

Acceptance Criteria:

• [x] Should be displayed below the "Application Status Bar" on the left-hand side of the screen
• [x] Should display the Patient's Name (first name & last name)
• [x] Should display whether the Patient is over or under the age of 18
• [x] Should display the Patient's Date of Admission to Hospital
• [x] Should Display the Patient's Date of Discharge (or anticipated date of discharge) from the nominating application
• [x] Should display confirmation that the Patient was hospitalized for at least 21 consecutive days in the hospital from the nominating application
• [x] Should display the Patient's Diagnosis from the nominating application

• whether the Patient is over or under the age of 18
• confirmation that the Patient was hospitalized for at least 21 consecutive days in the hospital from the nominating application

@bwalborn can we work to update the Admit date to read similar to the Discharge date? Right now, it is displaying with time details.

@bwalborn Please standardize the font size and font color for the below to be the same as the application overview section.

@bryce The font size and color for the Patient information is still off. Please follow the color and size formatting as the application overview section. The data from the database should be black, while the field names are a bit grayed out. See below:

@bwalborn Please reduce font size for all text under the Patient Information heading and capitalize the first letter of "case information".
