Integrate Application Section 6: Grant Request into Patient Detail

As an Admin, I would like to see on the Patient Detail dashboard which categories they are applying for a grant for.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [x] Create a panel to appear below 'Family Member Information' in the same style
• [x] Name the panel ' Grant Request Support'
• [x] Using information from Section 6 of the KSF application create a bulleted list of items the family has been nominated for in the grant nomination as found in Form Master Column "AJ".
• [x] Display all data using the KSF style-guide
• [x] Allow for the displayed list to have future items added to the application (provide enough space, as more categories will be added
