Describe the problem being solved:

HIPPA mailer template update.

Impacted areas in the application:

HIPPA mailer text.

The only changes I made to mailer.js was I removed lines 91-95 and 108. (I have prettier installed. The rest of the changes are formatting)

Describe the steps you took to test your changes:

Tested to see if the pug files would display properly.
