Healthcare provider name in application detail #306

Healthcare provider name in application detail should have a space between first and last name. Right now, the application is displaying Healthcare provider name with no space even when it is correct in the database.

AC:

[ ] Applications display with the healthcare provider name "First Name" "Last Name" throughout all stages of the process.

Note: previously added applications before mid-June display correctly.

This only applies to seeded fake data in staging. Production will not have seeded data. As a result, this is not an issue.
